From the brand: The Story
The Arizona Wranglers were one of the original teams to form the USFL, playing their first season in 1983 at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe. Due to poor attendance and financial woes over two seasons, the club merged with the also struggling Oklahoma Outlaws to form the Arizona Outlaws for the 1985 season.
