From the brand: Samurais T/C Work Twill Trousers are a quick drying and wrinkle resistant trouser, crafted from a blend of polyester and cotton, designed to soften with time and wear. This trouser features a folded-back waist, allowing for up to an inch of fabric to be let out, in addition to a diamond gusset on the crotch, providing a greater range of motion for the wearer. This style features wider belt loops, but one is left with a more narrow width to accommodate a wallet chain, carabiner, or pocket watch can be work on the trouser (there's also a small watch pocket on the right side). The pocket bags are double layered at the bottom for durability.
