From the brand: We have had a lot of women coming into the shop looking for women's cut jeans in high quality raw denim with all the proper detail and quality of our men's jeans. So we would like to introduce you to our 2nd revised version of our high rise 50's wide leg cut in a Selvedge Japanese neppy Jelt denim. This cut has a wider hip to waist ratio so fits woman better with wider hips and a narrower waist. We also lowered the rise to accommodate women with shorter torsos.
This is a 100% cotton 11.5 oz Selvedge Japanese neppy Jelt denim in an interesting indigo hue. The key to the high rise is a hidden zipper in the right pocket that will allow you to get into it easily and zip it up high and tight at the waist. We are using our Western label on the back pocket, custom brass/tin horse head/horseshoe button, kelly green key hole and bartacks, natural topstitch, Vintage reproduction bell shaped Conmar brass zipper with matching zipper tape. Cut and sewn in USA.
Since there is not a lot of raw denim in the women's market please note the following. Do not wash until at least 30 wears in order for the stretch to negate the shrink from the first "hand wash" inside out in cold water with a mild detergent, hang drip dry.
Do not wash in washer or dry in dryer.
