Its durability is unrivalled, often being handed down to the next generation. This exceptional wool is lined with strong cotton canvas for structure and added gear protection. The Bridle Leather straps and Weatherproof Leather bottom panel are vegetable-tanned by Pennsylvania's Wickett & Craig, tanning experts since 1865. During tanning, premium cowhides are slowly steeped in bark-tannin solutions for weeks, transforming them into durable, lustrous leather that lasts a lifetime.
