Letterman Sweater Pre-Order! The Letterman Sweater has been a pillar of Dehen and American style since the early 1900's. Earned through achievement in athletics and activities, each sweater tells a story. We dreamed up two stories, both of which take inspirational cues from actual vintage Dehen garments.
This sweater is the tale of a student-athlete with a few more notches on their belt, or in this case, stripes on their sleeve :) This Kelly Green and Off White design has all of the bells and whistles: traditional chain-stitching, felt and chenille patches as well as achievements pins for basketball, track, and music.
And while personal accomplishments are important, it's also important to remember that everyone is part of a team. In this case the team is Dehen Knitting Company (represented by the "D" chenille patch), reigning from Portland, Oregon USA, (represented by the Oregon State outline patch), and established in 1920 (represented by the chenille number “20” and gold chained pin). And since every team needs a mascot that embodies their spirit, we present to you the Dehen Ramblin’ Ram - moniker subject to review - representing, amongst other things, our hard heads and durable wools.
