The new sole, exclusive to Crockett & Jones, is a classic boat style sole with its ‘wedge’ design and horizontal tread pattern. The word wedge refers to the slope between the waist and the heel. Designed and made in England, we have been able to produce a unique sole to our own specifications that perfectly blends comfort, flexibility, durability and grip.
Falmouth has the same characteristics as our famous loafers, Boston and Harvard. With additional adjustment from our double-stacked leather lacing, also produced at our Perry Street home, Falmouth could well be the best-fitting summer shoe you’ll own!
