From the brand: The field pants are where a pair of work pants meet jeans. They're a slim-straight trouser shape with slant pockets in the front, welt pockets in the back, and finished hems. (Unlike most of our trousers, which come unfinished at the bottom, these are sized by both waist and inseam — no alts required!) They're made of lightweight cotton twill with a great hand to it... soft, but not too soft. One of our favorite four-season fabrics, which is why we call it AP for All-Purpose. Each pair has been garment-dyed to a moody shade of navy, which gives the color a slightly lived-in quality from the get-go.
