This one's beefy but not rough, with just the right amount of heft to it, and while you really can't go wrong with oxford, it's especially suited to a button-down or band collar. It's also the sort of fabric that can start its life as a dress shirt and finish as a sport shirt — because the more you wash it, the more you wear it, the more you knock around in it, the better and softer it'll get.
