These are made from lightweight cotton twill with a great hand to it... soft, but not too soft. One of our favorite four-season fabrics (which is why we call it AP for All-Purpose.) Each pair has been garment-dyed to a rich shade of bordeaux, which gives the color a slightly lived-in, variegated quality from the get-go.
