Using our production offcuts, Madeleine explored colour combinations to design a series of unique and colourful vests and tote bags. Unisex jacket, size small, with drawstrings at the front and rounded hem. Drawstrings can be unstitched on request. This vest is inspired by Josef Albers's Homage to the Square series. Having seen several of his works in person at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Madeleine is fascinated by his use of colour and the story behind his work. She has developed a pattern of repeating squares on the back, which is continued on the front with a subtle variation in between.
