Constructed from a compact 100% Wool outer for a soft and textured finish with a beautiful speckled grey patina. The bag starts its manufacturing process inside out; it is built in reverse to avoid any seams or stitches being visible on the outer material and leather unless necessary. Creating a clean, minimal face on the outer wool fabric and leather details.
It is detailed with brown leather handles made from one piece of leather rolled over itself and hand-stitched with another panel to create sleek, rounded edges with no breaks or joining seams. The rolled edges create a sophisticated symmetrical finish, secured to the bag with two bar tacks that allow the straps to fold perfectly when not in use.
The brown leather is used to create a piped lip around the bag's opening that is stitched internally and covers the top section, giving way to beautiful, soft black vegan nappa leather that fully lines the entire bag, giving an elegant contrast detail against the brown leather. A magnetic button closure is attached during the reverse construction process, allowing you to secure the bag in the middle to keep your belongings secure.
Internally, we have made this bag the perfect travel companion with an internal zip pocket for all your essential items and a laptop compartment made from our brown leather, which can fit a 16-inch MacBook Pro comfortably. We have also included a snap button at the top of the pocket to keep your laptop in place during travel, with a D-Ring for easy access to your keys to the left of the laptop compartment.
The base is a rigid, reinforced, single piece of the same brown leather used throughout the bag. We have attached 5 metal studs on the base to provide protection and ground clearance when you place the bag on the floor.
