From the brand: Weighing just eighteen ounces, our Swiftwater Rain Pants are easy to stow in a backpack or upland hunting vest. The 2.5-layer shell fabric is constructed with tough, lightweight 3.8-oz. ripstop nylon with a waterproof membrane laminated to its interior. The half-layer is a mesh grid printed on the interior that protects the membrane from abrasion and wear. To ensure reliable waterproof performance they’re fully seam-sealed. The waterproof membrane's microscopic pores allow vapors and heat to escape, yet keep out rain and snow. Water-resistant AquaGuard® zippers from YKK® are used throughout. 8” zippers at the cuffs allow donning over boots also secured with rubberized snaps. The single rear and two front pockets, as well as the fly, also use water-resistant zippers and the elastic waistband secures with a rubberized, corrosion resistant snap. The elastic waistband features extra-wide belt loops for added security.
