We cut this shirt in a 13oz. ecru double gauze sashiko fabric woven in Japan. Two plies of woven cotton are stitched together with horizontal sashiko pick stitching pattern and a large vertical diamond pattern for a complex and unique look. It feels substantial without being heavy, and it's super comfortable right from the first wear; no break in needed.
The fit is relaxed but not boxy. There's room to layer under if that's your thing, or wear by itself. The convertible camp collar can be worn open or buttoned up. Matching natural thread and bronze metal buttons round out the design.
