Iron Heart sizing is graded in small increments. The UTILITEES runs on the small side of Iron Heart sizing and is made with a once-washed, loopwheel fabric with most shrinkage removed. With regular use, one can expect minimal shrinkage in the chest and length over the long term. Consider going with the larger of your size range in Iron Heart or the next size up.
