From the brand: Studio D'Artisan's motif here is vintage jeans from the late 1950s, which were created from their desire to recreate the color fading and atmosphere of those days. SDA's "Ivy" denim is a core offering, a 13oz Japanese redline selvedge denim that successfully reproduces the feel, texture, and quality of a true vintage pair of American raw denim from the post-war period. SDA offers their Ivy denim in both lightwash and indigo, with this jean being a one-washed raw indigo, retaining the fading potential of a truly raw 13oz indigo denim, while removing the majority of the intitial shrinkage and granting the jeans a soft hand for initial comfort.  This denim is offered in their Relaxed "Ivy" Taper, also reminiscent of commonly seen fits from the same time period, with a relaxed top block and slightly higher rise, paired with a comfortable taper below the knee that brings in the width without making them tight or too slim. As these are indigo rope-dyed the colour will age with wear and washes, bringing you some excellent fades with Americana vibes. We recommend to size up once for your waist size.
