For starters, we wouldn’t use 100% polyester, or even recycled polyester (both are bad) — our ‘fleece’ would have to be 100% cotton. ‘But cotton fleece isn’t fuzzy’. It is if you reverse it, so that’s exactly what we did. We took our heavy weight, 20oz cotton that is grown in the United States and milled in Canada, fluffed it up and reversed it.
