ブリム は大振りな10cmあるロングブリム。ゆるく先端が上がっているので被った時のシルエットもブリムに歪みなく綺麗なシルエットを保つ事ができます。
内側のスベリは牛革を使用。植物性オイルでなめされたレザーはタンニンなめしと言われ、使っていく事で艶感が増し雰囲気のある質感に変わっていきます。おでこに当たる部分のレザーのため、色落ちを防ぐためにガラスコーティングを手作業で綺麗に仕上げています。
本体素材は250年続く伝統あるポーランド産の上質なメリノウール帽体を使用。全ての工程に何人もの職人が携わりできたウールフェルト帽体に、しっかりと糊入れされた硬い仕上がりになります。ブリムには一周パイピングが施されたデザインです。
