Please ensure skin is clean and dry before application.
Peel off the protective plastic.
Position the cover over your nipple. Gently press the cover edges firmly to your skin.
Repeat steps 1 to 3 on your other nipple.
Gently peel the nipple cover away from the skin after use. Wipe skin clean.
