From the brand: - We all tested this shirt. I wore it during an obstacle course race, Fong washed and dried it and Coach Veiga decided to wear his for a body building contest. What we're trying to say is size up. If you're a M get a L and you'll never look back. Also, it will keep you warm while keeping you cool. You can wash it periodically even (this was another Fong test).
