From the brand: Model: AVORIAZ Color: NOIR Material: Upper: Cowhide / Sole: Rubber Construction: Norwegian Welted Construction Sole: JANNU SOLE Country of Origin: France This model was originally released in 1992 under the mountaineering boot brand GARIVIER , operated by Richard-Pontvert, the company behind Paraboot. It was later discontinued but revived in 2007 under the Paraboot name. While the original featured a voluminous last designed for mountaineering boots, the revived AVORIAZ adopts the same last used for Paraboot’s classic CHAMBORD . This gives the boot a slimmer, sharper silhouette, combining trekking boot design with an urban-friendly aesthetic. The sole features the JANNU SOLE , which is based on the iconic mountaineering boot sole used since the GARIVIER era. It has been redesigned to offer improved flexibility, making it more suitable for urban wear.
