At its centre, the Montblanc Star Legacy Automatic Date watch houses the Calibre MB 25.07 automatic winding movement which alongside its innovative flat hairspring provides 25 jewels and a power reserve of 48 hours. The central hands for hours, minutes and chronograph seconds, day and date window at 3 o’clock and three subsidiary dials for small seconds, 30 minutes and 12 hours are presented on a refined ivory-coloured dial with 18 carat rose gold-coated Roman numerals and luminescent detailing on the hands. To protect the Swiss manufacture within and provide a water resistant rating of 50 metres, the 43mm stainless steel case is equipped with a non-screw crown decorated with the famous Montblanc star emblem, a polished fixed bezel and domed sapphire crystal glass, a material famed for its scratch resistance and anti-reflective coating.
