Sarah was imagining what a modern day Marilyn Monroe might wear as a heart, and we love the contemporary twist on this classic shape. The faceted cubic zirconia adds the perfect amount of sparkle, and the box chain offers two lengths in one chain with a little link at 18" that extends the chain to 20".
