Merino wool is naturally stretchy, and will settle back to its original shape after use. The wool fibre has insulating air pockets, which give the merino wool an excellent heat ratio. Please choose your normal size, as the thermal properties of the product work best when it fits loosely to the body.
The properties of merino wool silk are heat-balancing, moisture-wicking and non-sweaty. The knit is made by Tam Silk in Kangasala. Mulesing-free merino wool yarn is purchased from Europe.

Wash & Care
Merino wool silk knit is washed in production, so products made from it do not need to be washed before use.
Machine wash at 30 °C wool programme, inside out, with clothes of the same color.
The use of a washing bag is recommended.
Use a mild neutral detergent for washing merino wool and silk.
Shape when damp, gently along the length.
Do not use a tumble dryer.
Air merino wool silk garments frequently and wash rarely.
Tam Silk recommends that when the garment gets a stain, that you only wash the spot, for example with bile soap.
Store the merino wool silk garment in a sealed bag. This will prevent access to the garment by, for example, fur beetles. This will also keep your merino wool silk garment in use for longer if it is stored correctly from year to year.
