This bundle includes the cost of shipping both ways (we will create a label for you!) and the alteration on your piece. Once we receive your piece, we will work with you one-on-one to alter your jewels!
Once you place the order for the Alterations Bundle, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please reply to that email with a description of the alteration you would like to make such as adding new charms, taking a charm off and moving to a new HART Chain, rearranging your charms, etc. We will email you back a return label. Then, our team will be in touch as soon as we have gotten to your package to work with you one-on-one to make sure you are over the moon with your new piece!
