From the brand: These trousers are inspired by a beaded coat from the 1920s. We reproduced the beadwork using motifs from a 1789 sampler. Samplers, sewing exercises used to teach and perfect needlework skills, have been standard practice for centuries but are particularly associated with early American craft.
