The Belly Button Trousers are a hybrid of going-out trousers and our favourite comfy loose-cut jeans. We wanted to combine the idea of a low waist in the front, and a high waist in the back, with the leg shape of our regular daily baggy jeans. Some draping sessions later, with the addition of a shaped facing, elastic tape, elastic strings, and a toggle stopper, we think we have our statement comfy-but-elegant-belly-button-showing trouser.
The fabric is sourced from our local fabric stores in London - our way to support small businesses and avoid overproduction of material, therefore composition may vary. The quality remains the same: we run our regular wash, stitch, and durability test to guarantee its performance.
