Custom Mystery Packs are specially curated based on your likes, dislikes and which pieces you already own - made to order, just for you.
How does it work?
After purchasing a pack, you will receive a questionnaire that will help us better understand what you're looking for in your dream Mystery Pack. You can expect to answer questions such as
"Do you prefer colours or neutrals?" Prints or basics? Oversized or relaxed?"
You'll also have the opportunity to let us know which pieces you already own (no duplicates here!) and if there are any styles that you specifically prefer in a different size than what was selected at checkout (for our members who prefer a different size in a top or bottom)
One of our Team Brunette stylists will read through your questionnaire and hand select items that they think you'll love to build you the Mystery Pack of your dreams!
Please note, that while we can not guarantee specific styles in your Mystery Pack, we can guarantee that our team of stylists will use your answers to curate a Mystery Pack that we think you'll absolutely love.
All Mystery Items are final sale with no refund or exchange on any pieces.
Please note, that if you order multiple mystery packs, you may receive duplicate pieces in your order. We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen, but we recommend spreading the love and gifting a piece to a friend or charity if you receive a duplicate!
There are no further discounts offered on Mystery Packs.
Mystery Packs are expected to ship within 14 business days as they are specially created.
