*Our cuffs easily slide onto your wrist, just open the cuff up by gently pulling from either side of the bars. From the smallest part of your wrist, hook the opening of the cuff over your wrist on the side and slide across your wrist. Adjust the fit of your cuff once you have it on by gently pushing each side of the cuff towards your wrist. Our cuffs are made slightly oval so that it will sit perfectly and never slide around.
