Designed in collaboration with local illustrator Leticia Spence, our Treaty One collection was introduced in June 2021. Centred around a vibrant representation of fire, the design
fuses a traditional geometric pattern inspired by beadwork and regalia with a contemporary take on First Nations culture. It also includes the location coordinates for Lower Fort Garry, where Treaty 1 was signed on Aug. 3, 1871.
Inspired by Japanese loopwheel fabric, the marled fleece featured in the collection is super soft and seriously comfy. Coveted for its intricate texture, vintage appearance and unique inconsistencies, each piece truly is one of a kind.
