Lyocell is made from traceable wood pulp harvested from FSC-certified farms. The farms have been established on land unsuitable for food crops or grazing.
Lyocell is made of eucalyptus or bamboo trees that don’t require irrigation or pesticides and grow fast.
Lyocell fiber production itself is more environmentally friendly than cotton due to its closed-loop process. This means that up to 99% of the water and solvents used are reused.
