O'Connell's Shetlands are great, made by LOKL like every other major brand. I prefer the fit of Andover Shop more personally, but these are very good, too. OC's sizing will always be a mystery to me, though -- some years, a 36 is too tight, others a 38 is like an XL. Be prepared to return.
