Founded by Ryona Tani, Innat is a Japanese fashion brand established with the philosophy of creating long-lasting, cherished garments rather than disposable fashion. The brand debuted its first collection in Spring/Summer 2022. It offers unisex daily attire inspired by military and workwear aesthetics, emphasizing a relaxed fit for everyday life. Innat is distinguished by its innovative garment dyeing process, where products are initially made in an undyed state and then colored using natural techniques such as botanical hybrid dyeing, Bengala, Kakishibu, and Kura dyeing. This approach minimizes overproduction and imparts unique textures and rich, nuanced tones inspired by nature, reflecting a wabi-sabi aesthetic.
