Alden Cape Cod horsebit loafers.
Found these at an estate sale and couldn't be more thrilled. Comfortable but not painful like other Aldens at first. The bit is the right amount of interest without being overbearing.

For a $600+ shoe this is...decent.
Shape is great, and I found the full strap wasn't as distracting as in other loafers. I think the LHS Cordovan are "better" because their fit is more amenable to thicker socks, and they're less likely to crease at the top. Secondhand, these are a good buy sub-$100 and a steal under $50 which I've seen happen.

One of those Alden guys. Sizing is a bit weird in these but I was afraid of going too large for heel slip. I probably could go up 1/2-1 size and be fine (I’m a 10 in New Balance). Quality is unmatched and the suede is gorgeous.
